Detail your services

This will be the fifth year friends, neighbors, and Vietnam Veterans will come together to share the thrill of flying N98F - a piece of history.  Former and current pilots, and helicopter enthusiasts who wish to take the controls under supervision, are welcome to take the stick of this "B" Model Huey and experience again, the power and joy of this lovely old bird (pilots pay for the fuel they use).  Family members and flight enthusiasts are welcome to ride as passengers (donations welcome).

Announce coming events

ON-LINE PILOT REGISTRATION (for Tuesday, 6/23/20; Wednesday 6/24/20; and Thursday 6/25/20):

Pilots may fly up to two (2) 30-minute segments per day, as desired, based on $250 per 30-minute segment (aircraft consumes 100 gallons per hour; fuel is approximately $5.00 per gallon).  If more than one segment is desired, it WILL NOT BE scheduled consecutively (back to back) in the interest of accommodating all the pilots who wish to fly.

Flying, as always, is dependent upon aircraft readiness and weather; schedule will be adjusted accordingly.

If a pilot has scheduled a time slot and is not on deck at the assigned time, another pilot, if available, will take the open slot and surrender his/her scheduled slot.

A manifest/release form will be prepared prior to EACH flight and will include the name, telephone contact, and point of contact name for every person on board.

Every person on board will be required to wear a seat belt; no children may be held on the lap of another person.
